More About Me
I am a native of Las Vegas, Nevada. I have 25 years of experience working in the customer service industry. After starting our family, my husband and I moved to Palm Coast to insure a better quality of life for us all. With the kids in school, I began my career in real estate. I chose real estate because it allows me to form new relationships with all types of people and interact with them in life changing ways. I am dedicated to my work, honest and diligent. I focus on the lifestyle Palm Coast can offer everyone especially growing families. I pride myself in being a "numbers person" and enjoy helping families and investors find that "great deal". When working with Sellers, I put in the extra effort to go the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible. I believe in the importance of managing expectations and preparing my clients for the unexpected. I am always available to answer questions, ease concerns, and help anyway I can.

I am always looking for ways to better myself. I spent 2015-2016 working as the transaction coordinator for my broker. The position presented me with priceless experience in working with customers through one of the most exciting times in their lives. I learned how to better manage multiple customer needs at the same time along with valuable experience in every aspect of the real estate business transaction from the Seller side to the Buyer side. In 2018, to continue my efforts to grow within the profession, I obtained my Broker’s License. In addition to this achievement, I also took on the role of Operations Manager for the Brokerage. While helping people buy and sell homes is greatly satisfying, I wanted to be available to my team for support as well. I enjoy being the go to person within the company when Agents need help. Customer service is something I take great pride in, both in dealing with my Clients and my Coworkers.

While I am a full time Real Estate agent, I am not in the business to get rich. My goal each year is not the number of transactions I complete, but the quality of service I am able to provide my customers during their transition. I have found that when you have too many transactions at the same time, things get missed, or the service can become subpar. I want to be able to be with my customers every step of the way. If you are having a garage sale before you move, I will be there to help out any way I can. If you are planning a trip out of town, I will make time to check on your home to make sure everything is secure. When I have buyers who purchased their home from out of town, I check in on their home several times a weeks to ensure the home is secure until they arrive to move in. When a customer calls months or years after their transition, I not only answer the call, but get them the answers they are looking for, or provide whatever help they may need. My past Customers know they can always call on me for anything.

All agents can list homes in the Multiple Listing Service. All agents can have your home on Zillow, Realtor, and every other major Real Estate website. All agents can provide professional photography (though not all do). But not all agents take the time to learn about their customers needs and goals. I do all of these things and more. I will help you get your home ready to sell, I will have it professionally photographed, I will use all of our unique marketing tools to get you the best exposure. Most of all, I will communicate with you through out the entire process, letting you know what will or could happen before it does. I want to avoid any unnecessary stress for you the customer, which is why I find it so important to manage your expectations as well as the transaction, and communicate regularly.
